Ordering Instructions
STEP 1 Order & Payment
All payment must be made through Credit Card, VISA or MasterCard.
Please note that AMEX and JCB are no longer accepted.

Please go to the page of the product you would like to order, select Quantity, Collection Date, Collection Time, Collection Place and click Add to Cart button.
(The item will be added to the shopping cart.)
* You can add as many products as possible and add or remove the products later.
* Available date and place of collection is differenct depending on product.

After you have added all the products that you want, please click Check Out button.

Please fill out the order form and click Submit button.

On the order confirmation page, please confirm your purchase particulars and click Confirm Order button only once.
* Please be noted that an error may occur if you click the button more than twice.
- You will be redirected to the payment site. Please fill out "Billing Information" and click Next button.
- Please fill out "Payment Details" and click Next button.

Please click Pay button only once after you have confirmed your information and the payment amount.
A One Time Password (Authentication Number) will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
* One Time password is not necessary by payment with non-3D secure credit card.

Please key in the One Time Password on the next page within 3 minutes.
* Please note that for your security purposes the credit card will be disabled if the password is incorrectly keyed in repeatedly.

After the order is completed, you will receive two confirmation emails.
An order confirmation email will be sent from "web@meidiya.com.sg".
Please set and register so that you can receive emails.
1. Confirmation of your purchased goods
2. Confirmation of your payment (receipt).
If you do not receive the confirmation emails, please call TEL: 6339-1111 (10am-6pm).
- Please place your order 4 days before your collection date or order deadline. (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
- Order through telephone will not be accepted.
- Any cancellation or exchange within 4 days prior to your collection date is not accepted.
- Not applicable for MEIDI-YA Privilege Card points.
STEP 2 Collection
- Please bring along the "confirmation email of your purchased goods" and collect your purchase at the collection point at the time stated.
- Please collect items of "Deli Counter" and "Bentoss Delicatessen" at the [Special collection counter] only on 24th and 25th Dec.
- Please be present on time indicated in the order form so your purchased items eg, Sushi, Sashimi etc remain fresh.
