Guide to SINPACK Overseas Packing Service
SINPACK is a convenient means of shopping for customers residing overseas, where Japanese groceries are not readily available. Advanced orders through Fax, Online or store purchases during your visit to be export-packed and delivered to the accomodation in Singapore or Changi Airport at your choice. Perishables including fish, meat and frozen food are packed with dry ice that guarantees freshness and in a frozen condition of up to 24 hours.
Step 1: Ordering and Payment
Online shopping orders are accepted 24 hours everyday.
Orders can be placed through fax at 6339 6752 (Everyday 24 hours) as well.
Orders must be placed 1 week in advance from the desired collection date.

For online or fax order, payment mode is only by Credit Card (JCB, VISA, MASTER, AMEX). Payment will be charged directly to your credit card 1 to 2 days before delivery. Pack list and credit card charge slip will be given upon collection.

An assigned person can pick up the goods instead of the person who order and pay by credit card. Please mention the representative's name, contact number and passport number on remark column of the Order form. |

Upon ordering via online or fax, please inform in the Order form if you have the intention of shopping in MEIDI-YA for additional items. When paying for the additional items, let the cashier know that you are a SINPACK customer and that you’d like your additional items to be packed together with your online or fax order.

When shopping at MEIDI-YA without online or fax order, please inform the cashier that you are going for the SINPACK service. That way, we will pack accordingly.
Caution for customers who shop at MEIDI-YA

For delivery to be sent to your accommodation or Changi Airport, please deposit your purchases by noon on the same day you requested the package to be sent. For delivery to be sent by 1pm, please deposit your purchases by 6pm on the day before. |

For packages to be collected personally at MEIDI-YA deposit counter, please give up to 60 minutes for packing. |

SINPACK Service is available at MEIDI-YA from 10am to 6pm. |

Step 2: Collection
For pick up, please choose the locations as below.
Delivery time is 10:30am - 7pm.
1) MEIDI-YA Supermarket Deposit Counter
2) Your hotel concierge (excluding hotels located at Sentosa.)
3) Changi International Airport, Departure Hall (Level 2 Entrance No.2)
4) Changi International Airport, Left Baggage Section
For Collection at Changi International Airport
Designated Meeting Point / Departure Hall (Level 2) Entrance No.2

Due to the strict parking regulations imposed by the airport authorities, we are unable to remain at the meeting point for more than 10 minutes from the appointed time. Please be reminded that in such cases, we may have to leave with your packed purchases and refunds will be made to you except for 1) Airport Delivery Charge 2) Purchased perishables if applicable.
Singapore Changi International Airport , Left Baggage Section
We deliver to the airport and check in at the Left Baggage Section. A deposit of $4.30 per carton and your passport number are required in advance for registration.
