Shopping Guide
Home Delivery Service is a hassle-free home shopping system. All you need is to register as a member and you can start shopping through phone, fax or Internet. We deliver your purchases up to your door step.

You will be notified and given the membership number once the registration is completed, which takes about 10 days upon application (Initial Registration Fee: $10).
Step 1: Ordering
Place your order by Phone, Fax or Internet (No order-taking on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).

"My Fresh Choice" Catalogue and monthly newsletter "My Enlivening Experience" (for exclusive offer items) are available for your selection. |

Out of Stock Item |
|
"Out of Stock" situation may occur despite our effort in keeping sufficient stocks. You shall be notified at the ordering stage and we may offer you an alternative replacement. instead. However, we seek your kind understanding for cases when we are unable to meet your requirements. |

Delivery |
|
Enjoy Free Delivery for order placed above $50. For order placed below $50, a $5 delivery fee will be charged. |

| 4. |
Order Cut-off Time |
|
Refer to Delivery Areas and Delivery Schedule Chart to choose available delivery date of your area. Place your order latest by 3:00pm the day before your desired delivery date. For delivery on Monday, the order cut-off time is Friday, 3:00pm. Any changes, additional or cancellation of item(s) should also be processed before the cut-off time.

Different Time-frame |
|
With an extra charge of $8, you can choose another time-frame other than the pre-scheduled delivery time-frame by area. Request should be made when ordering and before the cut-off time.

| 6. |
Express Delivery |
|
Express Delivery is also available. However, the order must be made before 11:00am and the delivery will be between 4:00pm to 7:30pm on the same day. $10 will be charged for such Express Delivery service regardless of the purchase amount.

| 7. |
Change of Particulars |
|
The procedure for changing of your address, telephone number, specified credit card and etc. takes about three working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). Please be sure to change these information before you place your order. Please note that MEIDI-YA Supermarket shall not be held responsible for problems caused by your failure to complete the change. To submit a change, please fill in the changed information in the "Application form of amendment" and submit it to MEIDI-YA Supermarket Information Counter or fax it to the Home Delivery Service Department at (fax number 6774-2212). You will also be able to make the changes on our website at (www.meidi-ya.com.sg).
* Please note in advance that any change of particulars such as address, telephone number, credit card and etc over the telephone is not accepted.

Step 2: Delivery
Delivery is basically on the following working day (No deliveries on Sat, Sun and PH).

| Delivery Time |
|
Request for a specific timing within the pre-scheduled time-frame will not be entertained. However, if the delivery is not made within the time-frame, please notify us.

Receiving Party |
|
Please ensure that you or a family member is present during our delivery of your purchases to your home as per your requested delivery time-frame.
During your absence upon our delivery, our delivery staff shall leave your purchases outside your doorstep. Being such, MEIDI-YA Supermarket shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage or deterioration to your purchases.
In the event of your absence, please inform your Condominium/Apartment Management or Security Offices of your expected delivery.
Please also note that if our delivery staff is not able or not allowed to access to your doorstep to deliver your purchases, your purchases shall then be re-delivered to you on our next delivery day. Being such, MEIDI-YA Supermarket shall not be held responsible for all perishable and deteriorated products.

Cooler Bags |
|
Return the cooler bag to our delivery staff at the next delivery or within a month from the date of use, and ensure that he signs on Invoice for acknowledgment of collection.
Alternatively, if there is not scheduled delivery within a month, you can drop it at MEIDI-YA Supermarket Delivery Counter during business hours with your membership number attached clearly for recognition.
Please be reminded of the penalty fee imposed on cases of;

Security Measures |
|
For security measures, all our delivery staffs are instructed not to enter into customers' premises, therefore please be advised that your purchases will only be delivered till your doorstep. |
Step 3: Payment
All payment must be made through Credit Card. For more details, please refer to Members' Regulations.

| Credit Card Charge Slip |
|
Ensure that the amount on the Credit Card Charge Slip and our Invoice, both attached to your delivered purchases duly tally. Keep the documents until the payment is processed through your credit card account. |

Invoice cum Delivery Order |
|
[NS] with struck-through-line and/or $0 in the Amount column on Invoice cum Delivery Order signifies "Item being out of stock". Please call HDS Dept. (6773-0002, Mon-Fri 9am-3pm) on the same day or the next HDS working day if the item(s) is found missing without any indication of 【NS】/$0 on Invoice cum Delivery Order or the wrong item(s) received.

Online Shopping Procedure
- Select a category you wish to browse on the left navigation bar on Online Shopping Page.
- The page shows the items in the selected category in a table format on the main section of the page.
- Enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the text box beside the item and click on Add to Cart to place them into your shop cart.
- The page will refresh back to main menu. Repeat a) ~ c) till you finish shopping.
- To delete item(s) from your cart, go to VIEW CART and click on the Remove button beside the item. The page will refresh and the item(s) remaining in your cart will be shown.
- To change quantity, go to View Cart and edit the text box beside item.
Remember to click on the UPDATE CART to re-calculate the items in your shop cart.
- Click on the Check Out button to proceed to the Check Out Page.
- Fill in the blanks on the page. The fields marked with * are mandatory to process your order. Click on the SUBMIT to confirm your order.
- When order-sending is completed, the order details with Order Number will be given on the screen. Please note down your Order Number for reference.
