Shopping Guide
Home Delivery Service is hassle-free home shopping system. All you need is to join the membership and you can place orders through phone, fax or online. We deliver your purchase right up to your door step.

You will be notified and given the membership number once the registration is completed, which takes about 1 week upon application (Initial Registration Fee: $10).
Step 1: Ordering
Online shopping orders are accepted 24 hours everyday.
Orders can be placed through phone at 6773-0002 (Weekdays 9:00am ~3:00pm), by fax at 6774-2212(Everyday 24 hours) as well. Call Home Delivery Service Department at 6773-0002 during office hours for more details.

The product catalogue "My Fresh Choice" and newsletter "MY enlivening experience" (for exclusive offer items) are available for selection. |

No Stocks |
|
Out of stock situation may occur despite our effort in keeping sufficient stocks. In such case, you shall be notified at the ordering stage and we may offer a replacement instead. However, we seek your understanding for cases when we are unable to meet your requirements. |

Delivery Charge |
|
Minimum total amount for free delivery is $50. Please note that $5 will be charged if the minimum order amount does not reach $50. |

| 4. |
Order Cut-off |
|
Refer to Delivery Area and Delivery Schedule Chart to choose available delivery date of your area. Place your order latest by 3:00pm the day before your desired delivery date.
For delivery on Monday, the order cut-off is Friday, 3:00pm. Any change, addition or cancellation of item(s) should also be processed by the cut-off time.

Different Time-frame |
|
With an extra charge of $8, you can choose another time-frame other than the pre-scheduled delivery time-frame by area. Request should be made when ordering and by the cut-off time.

Express Delivery |
|
Express Delivery is available with an extra charge of $10 regardless of total amount purchased.
Order cut-off is 11:00am and Delivery time-frame is 4:00pm ~ 7:00pm for all areas.

Step 2: Delivery
Delivery is basically on the following working day (No deliveries on Sat, Sun and PH).

| Delivery Time |
|
Request for a specific timing within the pre-scheduled time-frame will not be entertained. However, in case where delivery is not made within the time-frame, please notify us.

Receiving Party |
|
Please ensure that you or a family member is present at the delivery address during the appointed delivery time-frame to receive your purchases. In case of the absence, our delivery staff shall leave your purchases at your main door. Items that have to be kept at low temperature will be placed in a cooler bag. In such cases, Singapore MEIDI-YA shall not bear any responsibilities for loss or damage to your purchases. Please inform the management security office of the expected delivery to your premise.

Cooler Bags |
|
Return the cooler bag to our delivery staff at the next delivery or within a month from the date of use, and ensure that he signs on Invoice for acknowledgment of collection.
Alternatively, if there is not scheduled delivery within a month, you can drop it at MEIDI-YA Supermarket Delivery Counter during business hours with your membership number attached clearly for recognition.
Please be reminded of the penalty fee imposed on cases of;

Step 3: Payment
Payment only by Credit Card, no other mode (cash, cheque etc) is available.

| Credit Card Charge Slip |
|
Ensure the amount on the Credit Card Charge Slip and our Invoice - both attached to your delivered purchase - duly tally. Keep the documents until the payment is processed through your credit card account. |

Invoice cum Delivery Order |
|
[NS] with struck-through-line and/or $0 in the Amount column on Invoice cum Delivery Order signifies "Item being out of stock". Please inform us if item(s) is missing without the indication of [NS] or $0 on Invoice cum Delivery Order.

Online Shopping Procedure
- Select a category you wish to browse on the left navigation bar on Online Shopping Page.
- The page shows the items in the selected category in a table format on the main section of the page.
- Enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the text box beside the item and click on Add to Cart to place them into your shop cart.
- The page will refresh back to main menu. Repeat a) ~ c) till you finish shopping.
- To delete item(s) from your cart, go to VIEW CART and click on the Remove button beside the item. The page will refresh and the item(s) remaining in your cart will be shown.
- To change quantity, go to View Cart and edit the text box beside item.
Remember to click on the UPDATE CART to re-calculate the items in your shop cart.
- Click on the Check Out button to proceed to the Check Out Page.
- Fill in the blanks on the page. The fields marked with * are mandatory to process your order. Click on the SUBMIT to confirm your order.
- When order-sending is completed, the order details with Order Number will be given on the screen. Please note down your Order Number for reference.
